Upon validation of the defect, we'll promptly replace the item to ensure your continued satisfaction.

UNWANTED ITEMS

If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return it within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Please note that a 20% restocking fee applies, and our Customer Service Representatives will provide you with store credit for the product's price.To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service department at info@parisadultshop.com.
