We proudly offer a 30-day warranty on all our products. We understand that occasional issues may arise, and we're committed to resolving them promptly to your satisfaction.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a defective item, we're here to help. Please notify our Customer Service department at info@parisadultshop.com within 30 days of receiving your delivery. In your message, kindly include the item number, order number, and a detailed explanation of the defect. If the defect is visible, we may request photos showcasing the issue.
Upon validation of the defect, we'll promptly replace the item to ensure your continued satisfaction.

UNWANTED ITEMS

If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return it within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Please note that a 20% restocking fee applies, and our Customer Service Representatives will provide you with store credit for the product's price.To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service department at info@parisadultshop.com. Include the item number and order number in your message. Our team will then furnish you with an RMA (Returned Materials Authorization) number along with detailed return instructions. Please be aware that all returns must have an approved RMA number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
