UNWANTED ITEMS

If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return it within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Please note that a 20% restocking fee applies, and our Customer Service Representatives will provide you with store credit for the product's price.To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service department at info@parisadultshop.com. Include the item number and order number in your message. Our team will then furnish you with an RMA (Returned Materials Authorization) number along with detailed return instructions.
