In your message, kindly include the item number, order number, and a detailed explanation of the defect. If the defect is visible, we may request photos showcasing the issue.
Upon validation of the defect, we'll promptly replace the item to ensure your continued satisfaction.

UNWANTED ITEMS

If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return it within 30 days of receipt of delivery.
